Prior to founding LB Ventures, Lynn held a number of senior management positions with high growth companies and venture capital firms. She was most recently Partner and Chief Financial Officer of JAFCO America Ventures, Inc., a top ten venture capital firm.  JAFCO is a company of JAFCO LTD., the largest venture capital firm in Japan and an affiliate of Nomura Securities. Previously Lynn was Managing Director at David Lam Group, where she provided CFO advisory services to technology-based companies; David Lam founded the semi-conductor equipment company Lam Research Corporation (LRCX - Nasdaq. Market value $60 Billion). Prior to that, Lynn was VP-Finance and Administration at Avanti Corp. (now part of Synopsys, SNPS - Nasdaq), where she led the integration of newly acquired companies. Previously, she was Director of Finance and Operations at Conner Peripherals (now part of Seagate Technology, STX - NYSE), during Conner's growth from $100 million to $2.2 billion in revenues. Lynn was also responsible for a number of assignments at Bank of America, including CFO-Treasurer of BankAmerica Commercial Credit and Vice President-Controller of Financial Accounting, California Commercial Division.

Lynn received her MS in Business and her BS in Economics from the University of San Francisco, and a Baccalaureate in French and Philosophy from La Faculte de Montpellier, Paris.
